CPS operates to the very highest standards in the industry and has gained SIA (Security Industry Authority) Approved Contractor status. The SIA are responsible directly to the UK home secretary and set demanding criteria for their approved contractors. CPS was amongst the first to qualify!

ISO 9000: The DTI's 'Tick & Crown' mark signifies Government recognition to consistent standards, systems and procedures - another important credential for CPS security service.

All CPS security officers are vetted and trained to NSI Standards BS7858 and the company is proud to have achieved BS7499, BS7984, SSAIB, Investors in People and full NSI certification.

Every six months, CPS is inspected by the Inspectorate of the security industry to two British standards, namely BS7499 - “The Code of Practise for Static Site Guarding and Mobile Patrol Services” and BS7858 - “The Code of Practise for Security Screening of personnel employed in a Security Environment”. This helps to ensure that all of our procedures and staff continue to deliver to the highest standards.

CPS provides a bespoke service, sometimes incorporating electronic security in place of physical security. Our 24 hour control communication centre is a vital part of the operation giving support and advice to any on site officer at the time he needs it most.

Our mobile response vehicles are all fitted with a tracking device, this enables our communications centre to locate the vehicles within 3 metres and can identify the closest vehicle geographically, enabling our clients an immediate response.
