Security Assistant Team (SAT) Group, a Flemish firm offering a wide range of security services, has been acquired  Facilicom. The Dutch company is now able to add security to its services portfolio that it offers to Flemish clients.

 

Facilicom began life ca. 40 years ago in Rotterdam as Gom, a company specialized in cleaning services. Over the years, the product portfolio has dramatically expanded. Nowadays, Facilicom offers a wide range of services to manufacturing and heavy industry, including cleaning, precision engineering, catering, construction, security and personnel services. In The Netherlands, a Facilicom subsidiary called Trigion is the market leader in security, whereas the company also offers security services in France and the UK.

 

With the acquisition of SAT Group, Facilicom now introduces security to its service offering for Flemish firms – a component previously missing in their services portfolio in this region.
